It's not always easy to shop for your favorite person from the internet (me), especially for Valentine's Day. You don't want your undying devotion to go unnoticed, but since you already sent him (me) a pig's heart with a nail in it last year (it still smells weird in my house) how do you go about topping it without the risk of serious infection from raw organ meat?
