The Rainy Day Antagonist Kickstarter from Evilos

    We've all had those days where it seems like the universe is out to get us.  Those days where you wonder if how you want to respond will land you in jail for 25 to life.  Evilos has those days too.  The man loves to paint, and for him to do what he loves he needs the weather to cooperate.  When it doesn't, it can kind of feel just like his new resin figure looks.  "The Rainy Day Antagonist" has just gone live on Kickstarter and needs your help to see the light of day.  Plus, how can you not want  a figure that is flipping the elusive double bird?  I like to utilize this very cut and dry gesture while navigating through New Jersey traffic, but I have to keep at least on hand on the wheel, so I alternate which hand I use so no one feels left out.  My middle fingers are so strong from being used repeatedly against terrible drivers that I could probably snap your neck with one of them.  Just kidding, I'm really a nice guy (in case my employers are reading this).

Custom Toy of The Week: Evilos

    I know I haven't really been keeping up with my "Custom Toy of the Week" posts, but its because there is just soooooooooooooooo much out there I can't really keep up.  Sure, I could post just quick snippets about everything I see, but that is too impersonal for me and insulting to someone's hard work. So I wait patiently like a hungry cobra, and strike out from the weeds when I see something particularly tasty.

Breaking Bad Custom Androids by Evilos at Designer Con

    Even though Breaking Bad ended about as perfectly as you can hope for, I still miss it.  Thankfully, the show had inspired legions of artists to add their creative spin to just about every aspect of it.  Like those now infamous barrels that contained the key ingredient to the entire meth empire.  Evilos has recreated them faithfully on the Android toy platform and will be selling them this weekend at his Designer Con booth.   You get the toy and a limited edition t-shirt all for $75, but only 5 sets exist so you'll have to be quick to snag one.  Check them out at booth #421.  

Custom Vinylmation Figures from Evilos x Dopevinyl x Monster Kolor

    This totally looks like something that's edible.  How could it not have a delicious flavors?  Evilos painted up 15 of these Vinylmation toys with Monster Kolor paint and the entire process was filmed by Jordan Ahern (Dopevinyl) who is making a documentary about designer toys.  The color on these is pretty awesome and looks more like a paint job you would see on a car rather than a toy.  You can add one to your collection tomorrow (May 17th) at 9am Pacific time by visiting http://evilosart.blogspot.com/.
