Shawnimals x Kidrobot Ninja Town Plush

You know what you need in your life? Cuddly little ninja people. No, seriously, they make everything better. You got a problem with someone at work? Sick your ninja on them. You lose an arm in an industrial accident? Ninja will keep the wound clean and free from infection. There is nothing they can't do. Shawnimals has joined forces with Kidrobot to ensure no one is left without a ninja at their disposal. On November 3rd you can choose from the whopping 14" Wee Ninja for $29.95, the slightly smaller but just as potent 9" Wee Ninja for $17.95, or if you wanna go super stealth then you can pick from the fine array of Pocket Ninjas for $9.95. But I say forget making touch decisions and just create yourself an instant army when you buy them all. Decisions are for politicians and no one wants to be labeled one of those.

MAD x Kidrobot Bent World Cans

MAD is continuing his exploration into all things crooked with his Bent World Cans series from Kidrobot. Each spray can comes in two versions: one is fresh from the store while the other one has been used, abused, and tagged by artists such as Sket One, kaNO, Jesse Hernandez, and Pon. These will be available November 3rd for $7.95 each and will be blind boxed.

Gentle Giant Sale Going on Now!

Some of you may not be able to go to Toys R Us or Target and buy toys because your significant other gives you a hard time about them. Being that divorce is an expensive process, why not just trick them into thinking your wants are more sophisticated than mere "toys"; they're "statues." Gentle Giant wants to help you decorate your home like a crazy person by having an amazing sale through November 1st. They're adding new stuff everyday, but I picked out a few Star Wars busts that I thought were particularly cool. Behold, the Death Trooper:

Or for the slightly more squeamish, there's always Darth Vader after he got jacked up in The Force Unleashed. I did only say "slightly."

Seen at NYCC: Lulubell Toys x Cherry Vinyl

Lulubell Toys and Cherry Vinyl teamed up for New York Comic Con and featured a table filled with releases. Seriously, every time I walked by there were more and more toys. One would sell and then twenty other things would suddenly come out of nowhere. Cherry Vinyl stole the show with actual items for sale that they've been teasing us with all summer. Tara Mcpherson's George The Vampire sold out quickly and Femke's NYCC exclusive Le Chat is not far behind with the few remaining pieces available on the Lulubell website. Here are a few pictures from their booth, with the rest being housed on our Facebook page www.facebook.com/TheToyViking.

New Kaiju From Max Toy Company

And I thought my cats tore my house up. This sucker looks like he's ready to wreck an entire city and then take a nap on top of the destruction. Created by Konatsu and Max Toy, this scary feline is named Negora. Standing at 3 an 1/2 inches tall he is completely hand painted and even brings his own dinner with him. He's $40 and will be available this Friday. I love this kitty!!

If Friday is too far away, or you're allergic to cats, you can always pick this guy up. Mount Kobo and Max Toy present Drazorus. He's 4 and 1/2 inches tall of mean lizard and will also run you $40 to add to your collection. Check out www.maxtoyco.com to get your hands on these awesome releases.

Seen at NYCC: Frombie and Ohiya

One of the best things about going to comic cons are discovering things that you hadn't previously known about. Check out these vinyl toys from Frombies. The girl's name is Zora, and the little flying squirrel is named SkiddlyBoop. The Zora figure comes blank and is ready to customize while the squirrel comes in both green and orange. Everything was really reasonable as far as price goes and there is a story line that ties all of the characters together.

Another new company we were able to stumble upon was Ohiya. They had great assortment of tee shirts available for sale and some pretty cool custom toys and plush on display. They're working on getting things manufactured as we speak, so expect to see lots of product from these guys in the near future.

Super7 Trio of Terror This Friday

Super7 will be unleashing the final two pieces of their "Trio of Terror" this Friday. The orange Rose Vampire made his debut at New York Comic Con and those lucky enough to pick one up will now be able to add the Zombie Fighter and Pumpkin Boy pieces to their collection. Didn't go to the con? Don't worry, cause I just checked and the Rose Vampire figure is back in stock on their website. So buy all three for yourself or your favorite toy blogger.
