Super7: Gorilla Biscuits and Lucky Bags

The Gorilla Biscuits will be headlining the 25th anniversary shows for Revelation Records this week and for you die hard fans they teamed up with Super7 to offer something pretty cool at their merch table. This 4 inch tall version of their mascot is pretty killer and will be available on June 8th at the show in Pomona, California. But never fear ye who can not make it to the west coast, cause on June 14th you'll be able to get one online in the Super7 web store. They'll be $65 and come in a cool gift box.

Ok, since we're on the subject of anniversaries, it's time to celebrate the 11 year milestone of Super7 themselves. They're throwing a big party on June 9th, which also happens to be my wife's birthday (happy birthday Sharon I love you and I'll clean the cat boxes in just a sec). At the party you'll have the chance to buy a Lucky Bag that will contain 9 random figures. You could get hand painted ones, prototypes, and all kinds of other plastic craziness. Each bag will be $300 and if by chance there are any left over they will be put online at 10pm that night. Again, it seems it pays to live in California, cause God knows New Jersey has never afforded me the pleasure of awesome exclusive toys. Get with the program Garden State!

Argonaut Resins Pharaoh Hounds Series 3

Argonaut Resins will be releasing their 3rd series of Pharaoh Hounds on Wednesday, June 6th at 9am. I'm keeping this post simple because you are now going to need to go and exercise your mouse clicking abilities. These things sell out almost instantly every time there's a new release, so you're gonna have to be on top of your game if you want to score one. Do you have the mental and physical toughness required to obtain one of these figures? Bookmark http://argonautresins.bigcartel.com/ right now so you'll be ready.

Diamond Select Toys x San Diego Comic Con Exclusives

Does anyone have as many exclusive items for San Diego Comic Con as Diamond Select Toys? They're gonna need a convoy of trucks to bring all these goodies to California. Ok, let's run down the list of what you could score.

First up is the Femme Fatales Apparition Darkchylde statue. Only 100 of these will be made available of this 11 inch stunner so if you want one you gotta be quick.

Next we have the Avengers versus XMen Minimates 4 pack. Colossus dressed like Juggernaut? Crazy right? You also get Cyclops, Emma Frost, and the first ever Minimates of Hope Summers. You know you want 'em.

Now we got a double dose of Battle Beasts. There's the first issue of the new comic from IDW with and exclusive cover and there's also a 2 pack of Minimates figures that will only be available at the convention.

Want something to put on your desk at the office that will make all your coworkers jealous? BAM, here's this Spider Man bust. He's sporting a metallic paint job, stands 10 inches tall, and is limited to only 600 pieces.

If you like me you're not great at keeping track of your change. I just kinda empty my pockets at the end of the day and wait for the pile to fall all over the floor before I do anything about it. What better thing than a droid to help me out with such a dilemma. This R2-R9 vinyl bank is 10 inches tall so he has plenty of room for all the coins you have.

More Minimates and more Spider Man? Yeah, they've got it covered with this set inspired by the new film releasing this summer. Ol' Spidey and the Lizard are decked out in New York sewer filth from their sure to be epic battle.

Even more Minimates? Yuuuuuuuup. You get a battle damaged Rick Grimes and a zombie dressed in his best casual wear in this 2 pack.

Well there you have it. If you're going to the convention this year you might want to try and pick up an extra job or two so you can afford all these toys.

City Bots from Kidrobot

There are certain perks you get by living near one of the few Kidrobot stores. Meet the newest incentives for you to move out of the boondocks. These are the City Bots and each one takes their fashion cues from their particular location. From left to right you have New York, San Francisco, London, Miami, and Los Angeles. Each 3 inch mascot will be $11.95 and only be sold in the store they represent. They go on sale June 21st, so you still have some time to make friends that can go pick them up for you. Or you could have the most epic road trip ever and drive to every store and get them yourselves. Just don't try driving from America to England, cause folks will laugh at you.

Kidrobot San Diego Comic Con Exclusives Teaser Pic

I think Kidrobot really wants to be in the torture business. They seriously should just skip all this and come over to my house with a pair of pliers and pull all of my teeth out. Cause every time they post a picture like the one you see above a little part of me dies. These are the teaser images of their exclusives for this year's San Diego Comic Con and I know for a fact there's at least 2 I want. To the left there is obviously a Dunny, and second from the right I can make out a Labbit. The others really baffle me, but I'm sure I'll be on eBay trying to justify buying them all at flipper prices (curse you flippers, I hate you more than month-old lunch meat). I need to hire a toy mule stat.

Custom Toy of the Week: Gary Ham

How could this not be the custom toy of the week?  It's Frank Kozik made out of wood by Gary Ham.  He comes with loads of accessories, like a Smorkin Labbit, one of his concert posters, a few books, some tools for tinkerin' on all of his motorized toys and even his cat that may or may not be the most famous feline on Facebook, Edward Goralsky.  This unfortunately is only a one off, but I think it would be cool to have these produced on a large scale and give everyone the chance to have their own Papa Kozik judging them all day.  He looks disappointed in you.
